A Little More About Sarah

As our Senior Copywriter, Sarah leads the tone, voice, and messaging for our clients and their brands. From fundamental brand strategies to attention-grabbing copy, Sarah's ability to think and write for audiences delivers spot-on creative that inspires readers and users to make a move.

Prior to joining the Mostly Serious creative team, Sarah honed her skills as a copywriter and associate creative director at multi-disciplined brand agency The Alchemedia Project. For seven years, Sarah conceptualized and wrote powerful messaging for foodservice brands like Hellmann's, Lipton, International Delight, and Silk. Before her tenure in the agency world, Sarah worked in marketing and communications for her alma mater, Drury University.

Sarah lends her time and talents to the Springfield Little Theatre as a member of its Associate Board. She's also the co-founder of SGFing Vote, a movement that encourages Springfield, Mo. voters to exercise their most fundamental right on the local level. Sarah's biggest claim to fame for the time being is her status as a nine-years-strong writer and producer for "The Mystery Hour", an Emmy-award winning late night talk show that recently expanded into 17 markets nationwide. So, you know, no big deal.

Sarah spends her free time indulging in all things comedy. She loves to read, travel, and watch TV and movies with her boyfriend, Nate (who's also a key part of the "The Mystery Hour") and her cat, Jenksie (who's not part of "The Mystery Hour").
