Managing Across Generations

Today's workplace often contains four generations: Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z. This training provides actionable steps to make the most of a multigenerational workplace.

Participants will gain a stronger understanding of who team members are and how demographic trends affect work, along with awareness of common challenges in managing multigenerational teams.

Deliverables include a handout on characteristics of each generation and a handout on common challenges and solutions.
