A Little More About Dalton

Once upon a time, young Dalton Fischer dreamed of designing amusement park rides, the most surprise-filled, thrill-a-minute rollercoasters around. Before college, he set his sights on more earthbound pursuits, but his sense of adventure and creative curiosity remain, making sure he’s buckled-up for the next challenge.

As Business Development Manager at Mostly Serious, Dalton is often the first point of contact for new clients to learn about our capabilities and see how our services can match their needs. It’s a fast-paced role, with exciting twists and turns... (Okay, the rollercoaster metaphor can stop now.)

Dalton graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, with an emphasis in Sales Management and a minor in Religious Studies. While at MSU, he was one of two students selected to compete in the International Collegiate Sales Competition held at Florida State University.

Prior to joining our team, Dalton worked over 3 years at Silver Dollar City Attractions in their Publicity and Public Relations Department. There he helped craft events to open new attractions and experiences, and he served as an Ambassador for the IAAPA (International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions) Expo, one of the largest trade shows in the world.

Off the clock, Dalton spends time with his family (described as a mega-talented wife, two dogs and feisty cat), practices guitar, and keeps his curiosity alive by learning something new, like building a computer or how to fix cars. He designs virtual theme parks and roller coasters, too, always looking forward to the next theme park on his travel wish list.
